Junya Ishigami   石上 純也

Architect

東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科建築専攻修士課程修了後、妹島和世建築設計事務所を経て2004年石上純也建築設計事務所を設立。主な作品に、神奈川工科大学KAIT工房、神奈川工科大学KAIT広場、Vijversburgビジターセンター(オランダ)、ボタニカルガーデンアートビオトープ/水庭、2019年サーペンタインギャラリーパビリオン、モスクワ科学技術博物館の増改築(ロシア・モスクワ)など。

2018年パリ カルティエ現代美術財団でFreeing Architecture 自由な建築展。2009年日本建築学会賞(作品)、2010年ヴェネチア・ビエンナー レ第12回国際建築展金獅子賞、2010年毎日デザイン賞、2019年Obel Awardなど受賞多数。

Junya Ishigami is an award-winning and world-recognized Japanese architect who acquired his master's degree in Architecture and Planning from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. After working for Kazuyo Sejima, in 2004 he started his own company. His major works and projects include Kanagawa Institute of Technology KAIT Studio, Plaza of Kanagawa Institute of Technology, Vijversburg Visitor Center in the Netherland, Botanical Garden Art Biotop/ Water Garden, Serpentine Gallery Pavilion in 2019, and the reconstruction project of Polytechnic Museum in Moscow, Russia.

Ishigami's Free Architecture exhibition was held in Paris, organized by the Fondation Cartier pour l’art Contemporain in 2018. He won the Architectural Institute of Japan Award in 2009. In 2010, Ishigami was awarded the Golden Lion in the 12th Venice Architecture Biennale. In the same year, he was awarded the Mainichi Design Prize. In 2019, he was awarded the Obel Award.

Motonori Hirata   平田 基憲

1975年生まれ、山口県宇部市出身。東京で料理の道に目覚め、27歳で帰郷し、「restaurant noel」を開業。独学と研鑽を重ねる。「restaurant noel」は18年続くアットホームな雰囲気のフレンチレストラン。2009年・2010年食べログ選出ベストレストラン。ミシュランと並ぶレストランガイド「ゴ・エ・ミヨ」にも掲載。「普遍的な魅力のある料理を」というコンセプトのもと、フレンチの古典を受け継ぎ、素材を丁寧に味わう食事を振る舞う。

Motonori Hirata was born in 1975 in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. After realizing cooking as the vocation in Tokyo, Hirata returned to his hometown at the age of 27 to open "restaurant noel".

As a self-taught chef, Hirata spent countless time studying dishes, and "restaurant noel" had been known as a homely atmosphere French restaurant for 18 years. In 2009 and 2010, it was being selected as "The Best Restaurant" in Tabelog. Hirata-run restaurant was also published in the  "Gault et Millau", which is the restaurant guide recognized as important as the Michelin Guide.

Based on the concept of creating "timeless tastiness", and inheriting the French traditional cuisine, Hirata treats every ingredient delicately to cook the most savory dishes.
